On 02/21/2025 at approximately 1052 hours, I was dispatched to McDonalds at 10715 SE 174th ST within the
City of Renton, King County,Washington to a non-injury hit and run report. Dispatch relayed over the radio
that the victim's son was calling on his behalf to have police go to the location for a report.
On arrival I contacted the victim who was identified by his WADOL as Sung An Baik DOB (05/08/1950). Sung
was inside his vehicle identified as a black 2020 Honda Pilot WA/LIC BTM4376 VIN#SFNYF6H5XLB012683.
Sung's vehicle had minor damage to the rear left side bumper. I asked Sung what happened and he said he
arrived at McDonald's at approximately 0845 hours and parked his vehicle in the middle of the parking lot.
Sung then ordered food to eat inside and when Sung was finished eating at approximately 0915 he exited the
building, and a male witness told him that another vehicle hit his car. Sung wasn't told how his vehicle was hit
and was given the suspect's license plate number on a piece of paper by the witness before he left. Sung didn't
see who hit his vehicle and therefore is unable to recognize a suspect.
I ran the plate number that was given to Sung and it came back to a white 2006 Hyundai Elantra WA/LIC
CPB3489 VIN#KMHDN46D86U241709.The registered owner of that vehicle came back as Victor Hernando
Pinto Alvarez DOB (04/12/1993)who lives in Seattle. I asked and employee inside of McDonalds if they had
cameras that face the parking lot, but the employee told me that they were not on now and that they didn't
have access to them. Sung provided me with valid license, registration and insurance and I provided him with
my business card with the case number.
This concludes my involvement with this case.
