On 02/21/2025 at approximately 2327 hours, I was dispatched to a non-injury, single car collision located at
the 1400 block of Talbot Rd S within the City Limits of Renton, County of King, State of Washington.
Upon arrival, I contacted Martin Michael Miller(DOB 12/19/1969) identified by his WADL.
Martin was driving his silver 2004 Infiniti G35 (BFS9477/WA) VIN/JNKCV54E14M810588 heading south on
Talbot Rd S in lane 2 of 4.A vehicle had attempted to merge into Martins Lane causing him to swerve to the
right to avoid being struck. Martin's vehicle lost control and struck a small tree,then stopped in the bushes off
the edge of the sidewalk.
Gene Meyer Towing responded and pulled Martin out of the ditch.The vehicle was towed at the owner's
expense.
This incident was captured on my body worn camera.This report is a summary of the events that occurred and
is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
