Dear Jill:
Regarding the redevelopment of the former Bank of America located at 17803 108 th Avenue SE, and the
required CUP application, we’ve composed the following description for construction mitigatio n. When a
contractor is selected for the project, this may need to be updated.
a. Proposed construction dates: June 2025 – October 2025
b. Hours and days of operation: Per City of Renton standards, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday -
Friday.
c. Proposed hauling/transportation routes: To be submitted by contractor prior to commercial
construction permit.
d. Measures to be implemented to minimize dust, traffic, and transportation impacts, erosion, mud,
noise, and any other noxious characteristics: To be submitted by contractor prior to commercial
construction permit.
e. Any special hours proposed for construction or hauling: N/A
f. Preliminary traffic control plan: To be submitted by contractor prior to commercial construction
permit.
