Erosion and Mud:
a. Because of the small scope and location of the proposed building addition, there is a relatively small
risk of erosion. A temporary erosion control plan and details are included in this submittal for City
approval and the contractor will be required to comply with all applicable requirements.
Noise:
a. The project site is surrounded by office and business uses that are generally not occupied on the
weekend. Activities that produce significant noise such as pavement demolition and excavation will
be scheduled for daytime hours on weekends.
b. Night time exterior work activities are not anticipated to be necessary to meet the project schedule.
A preliminary traffic control plan is included in this submittal.
No tower cranes will be used for this project. Hoisting mechanical equipment to the roof of the existing
building will require a day use mobile crane for a period of three or four days. This construction activity
will be scheduled in coordination with the City.
