SUBJECT:Assignment of a TAG Number for Orca Scan
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a subscriptionpacket with Orca Scan, LTD. (paid
via USBank – OneCard).The purpose of this packet is to establish a TAG number to assist in
trackingthe annual renewals of our Orca Scan subscription. The current subscription term
hasbeen paid for so there is no cost associated with this initial packet. The current
subscription term is 08/16/2024 – 08/16/2025.
Orca Scan is a barcode scanning program used by the Public Works Transportation
Maintenance division.
