This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and summarized. At the time of this call my body worn camera was activated. On 03/02/2025 , at 1311 hours, I was dispatched to 1300 South Puget Drive at the Heritage Hills Apartments unit #411 for a report of a hit and run that had occurred. I arrived at the apartments and contacted the reporting party Joanne Luong (DOB 10/24/2001) in the parking lot. Joanne told me that she arrived home last night on 2/28/2025 at 1900 hours, and parked her blue, 2024 Honda CRV, bearing WA plate CPW3283. This morning on 3/1/2025 at 0900 hours, Joanne stated that she went out to her car and saw that there was damage and paint transfer on her drivers left rear quarter panel, from a gray, 2007 Toyota Camry bearing WA plate CPA3028, that was parked next to her vehicle. I observed that there were paint flakes on the ground in between the two vehicles that matched the paint from the Toyota Camry, the paint flakes had spider cracking on the plastic that matched spider cracking on the plastic from the left rear quarter panel. I observed damage on the left rear quarter panel of the Toyota This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State. !declare underpenalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct. I also observed that there was a curb in between the two cars, which indicates that whoever was driving the Camry hit Joanne's car pulled forward and then backed into the spot next to the curb. A reasonable driver would have realized that they hit Joanne's car. I took photos of the damage to Joanne's car as well as the suspect vehicle. I uploaded those photos to evidence.com. Through WA DOL, I found that the Toyota Camry is registered to a A'Paris'Jah Gee (DOB 09/16/1999) out of an address in Seattle. Through Police databases I was able to locate a phone number for her. I attempted to leave a voicemail; however, her mailbox stated it was full. I attempted to contact the apartment management, to see if I could access cameras that I noticed in the parking lot of the complex. I was unable to reach anyone, and a sign on the door said that management only works weekdays. I provided Joanne with a case number over the phone. There is no suspect information at this time.
