Thanks - I also thought of one other item.
That is Lights. Currently, the area has really bright lights that shine and there is a green belt
that probably helps block the light into those houses. What is the strategy - to ensure that atnight light as well as sound is not disruptive to these homeowners? :)

Comment: Would appreciate any information on impact to our Homeowners wholive along this planned site. Also, we have had other issues with that greenbelt
where some homeowners were being harassed (glass thrown in their yards, brokenwindows, etc.); would like to know if this improvement would help with this.
Also, what are the impacts of the greenbelt - will there be more noise, waterrunoff if plants/trees no longer there, any plans to block direct view (loss of
privacy) for those homeowners, etc.
