At about 1536 hours on 03/06/2025 1 responded to a hit and run by phone in the city of Renton, King County,
Washington. Dispatch advised me that"** FONE ** 1440- H&R TO RP'S BOYF'S PARKED VEH. NABOR WITN'D
AND TOOK A PIC, LINK IF CAN SEE IT CLEARLY ON THE PIC."
I called the reporting party(RP) identified via WADOL photo as Vanessa M. Sabellano (08/17/86,tx:
206-817-6132)who stated in summary that she left her house to pick up her kids from school and when she
arrived back home around 1400 hours she observed the front/driver's side of her boyfriends car to have been
damaged which was not present when she left earlier today.
Vanessa told me one of her neighbors identified only as Valerie (tx:425-894-0365) had observed an older
model white Dodge Dakota (Unit 1, plate not visible, photos uploaded via AXON) had pulled into the RP's
driveway, and as it was backing out,the rear end of the Dodge struck the front/driver's side of Unit 2 that was
parked on the street on the other side. Unit 2 is a black Toyota Corolla (AZC6687/WA). The Dodge then fled
the scene without leaving any information or attempting to contact the owner of the Toyota.
I obtained the registered owner's information via the RP.

1 received photos of Unit 1 and Unit 2 from the RP.The photos of Unit 1 clearly show the make/model of the
vehicle, however the license plate is unreadable (photos uploaded via AXON).
Due to the lack of vehicle plate information and no suspect information I lack probable cause to make an
arrest or forward charges. However if better license plate information is obtained and I am able to contact the
registered owner of Unit 11 do find probable cause for hit and run unattended.
This concludes my involvement with this case.
During this incident, I was equipped with a body-worn camera,which records both audio and video. Portions
of this incident were recorded.This report is merely a summary of the incident and is not intended to be an
exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured with the recording system. I
