She told me her truck turned around and here she is. She told me she hit her head but didnt have any other complaint of injury. She was stuck in the driver compartment as the driver side of her vehicle from striking the light pole was caved in from the roof line to the bottom of the door. While talking with unit 1 she seems slighty confused. I requested Renton Fire respond and check on her as well as help her out of the car from the passenger side or cut her out on the driver side. Fire was on scene with her for longer than the normal checks. Both Fire and I agreed that unit 1 may have hit her head harder than she thought and simply looking at the damages to the truck she probably hit her head on the pole itself based on damage location and depth of intrusion. Unit 1 agreed to be treated at VMC-ER and was transported by Renton Fire. Her vehicle was towed for damages by Bankers. Unit 1 was in lane 1 eastbound on NE 3rd St and in the area of the crash this is a curved grade posted 35 mph. Her vehicle spun out of control driver side proud/uphill/leading. It continued spinning/sliding out of control up and over the sidewalk and striking the light pole at the driver door with enough intrusion the door was extended over the driver seat.
