STREET IMPROVEMENT WAIVER REQUEST
A street improvement waiver is requested as street frontage improvements were recently
completed within the last 5 years at this location. The recent work included improvements to
approximately 600’ of the approximately 1,100’ frontage along the 2-lane Collector Arterial Road,
128th Street SE.
These recent improvements were installed as a portion of the Lindbergh High School Modernization
project in 2023 under Civil Construction Permit C22002856 which included new street and
pedestrian lighting, accessibility upgrades, and relocating portions of sidewalk away from the
roadway while retaining existing street trees.
Waiving the frontage improvements for this project will have a minimal effect on public health,
safety, and welfare as such street improvements were recently completed for public safety and
welfare.
