described in Exhibit A and that GRANTOR has the right to exegete this Easement Agreement
for Sewerage Facilities,
I PURPOSE. 'Mis Easement Agreement for Sewerage Facilities is for the sale
purpose of inspecting, constructing, installing, operating, maintaining and replacing on -site
grinder pump and side sewerage facilities. These s sewerage facilities include: wet weU, grinder
pump, pump control panel, power supply (from control panel to and lrom the common

. ACCESS AND NOTICE. GRANTEE shall have the right, upon 24-hour
prior notice to GRANTOR, to enter upon the property, by foot or vehicle, for the purposes set
forth above, provided however, that no notice shall be required in the event of emergency.
. OBSTRUCTIONS. GRANTEE may from tirne to time remove trees, bushes,
r other obstructions within the Easement Area and may level d grade the Easement area to
the extent reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes set forth; herein.
