1. TITLE. GRANTOR covenants that it is the lawful owner of the property
described in Exhibit A and that GRANTOR has the right to execute this Easement Agreement
for Sewerage Facilities.
. PURPOSE. This Easement Agreement for Sewerage Facilities is for the
purpose of inspecting, constructing, installing, operating, maintaining and replacing -site

3. ACCESS AND NOTICE. GRANTEE shall have the right, upon 24-hour
prier notice to GRAINTOP, to enter upon the Property, by foot or vehicle, for the purposes set
forth above, provided however, that no notice shall be required in the event of emergency.
4. OBSTRUCTIONS. l from time to time remove trees, bushes,
r other obstructions within the Easement Area and may level and grade the Easement Area to
the extent reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes set forth herein.
