1. Basis for Covenant. This covenant to annex is given as a condition to Grantor(s) being permitted to
connect to sewer and/or water service from the City of Renton ""Grantee") to carvo tha Prnnartv
which, as of the date of this covenant to annex, is located outside of the city limits of the City of
Renton.
2, This covenant to annex shall be binding on the Grantor(s) and all

"Bound Parties"), and shall be a covenant running with the land.
3. As consideration for receiving sewer and/or water
