•Project in for permit review
•Will be going out for bid in first quarter 2025
•Design includes:
•2 anchor tenants – currently anticipated to be a bakery
and wine bar/restaurant
•12 kiosks at 10’x10’ with a flexible design to combine
•Kitchen Classroom with teaching space, appliances, and
TVs for camera display
•2 long term kiosks designed and will be built at a later time
•Creative branding that flows internally through the market
and externally on the building and the signage
•COMPLETION DATE END OF 2025;

•Project in for permit review
•Will be going out to bid with Pavilion project
•Design includes:
•Building upon the existing amenities
•Additional hardscape locations to increase flexible use of the space
•Low maintenance landscaping
•Stage platform that can be used for live performances
•New lighting that will add functionality and fun
•Reconfigured seating for those enjoying the Piazza and Market
•COMPLETION DATE END OF 2025

LEGACY SQUARE 7
•Project in for permit review
•Phase 1 will be going out to bid in March 31, 205
•Phase 1 Design includes:
•Underground utilities
•Hardscape for seating, viewing, and ease of access
•Preparing Gateway Park for new play structure
•Prepping the site for Sounders Rave Futsal court installation
•Adding landscaping to ensure time to establish before use
•Phase 2 under design:
•Covered stage with media room and restroom
•RFQ for artist/artist group for a cohesive design throughout the space and wall mural
located on the adjacent building facade
•And all the other pieces to bring this together
•PHASE 1 & 2 COMPLETION DATE – MAY 1, 2026.

•Hiring Simpleview to provide a rebrand of the

•Dedicated Crews: 3 to 4 days per week with
crew sizes of 1-2 workers for 4-8 hours per
day.
•Ongoing Maintenance: Regular litter
collection, monthly deep cleanings, & 6 annual
pressure washings.
•Comprehensive Services: Includes sidewalk
cleaning, pressure washing, trash removal,
graffiti removal, and bio-waste cleanup.
•Event & Routine Support: Frequent cleanings
in high-traffic areas and before/after events.
•Quick Response time: Response to
immediate cleaning needs or issues.
