a. Proposed construction dates;
5/1/2025 through 4/30/2026 (with option to extend for one year as indicated with the permit
approval and through lease extension with Kennydale Gateway LLC)
b. Hours and days of operation;
The proposed use of this project requires the use of daytime and nighttime shifts. Typical
daytime working hours are 6am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Night shift hours are
typically 7pm-6am, Sunday through Friday. The construction schedule may dictate the need
for work on Saturdays and Sundays. If weekend work is required, the daytime and nighttime
shifts will remain the same.
c. Proposed hauling/transportation routes;
Hauling within the project area moves in a counterclockwise direction throughout the
parcel. When exiting the site, haul trucks and delivery trucks will exit the property, turning
right onto NE 44th Street. From NE 44th Street, trucks will either take the SB I-405 on ramp to
head south, or they will cross over I-405, turning left onto the NE 44th Street to NB I-405 on
ramp, heading north.
