SUBJECT:Annual renewal of IQGeo Software
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a TAG packet with IQGeo America Incorporated.
This packet authorizes payment of Invoice # 17470, in the amount of $32,621.23, for the
annual renewal of IQGeo software. The current renewal term is 03/26/2025 –03/25/2026.
IQGeo is used by IT and Transportation Systemsto map and properly document fiber lines
and connectionsthroughout the city. The cost for the renewal is shared equally between IT
and Transportation Systems.
