ATTENTION: ALL BIDDERS AND PLAN HOLDERS:
The Bid Documents for the above-named project are modified as described below. Bidders
shall take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting their bids.
Bidders shall attach this addendum to their copy of the Contract Documents, and shall
acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the Proposal Signature Page. A Proposal may be
considered irregular and may be rejected if the receipt of Addenda is not acknowledged. A
Proposal will be considered irregular and will be rejected if the Schedule of Prices included i n
this Addendum is not completed and submitted with the Proposal.
THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS:
1. PROPOSAL – SCHEDULE OF PRICES
REPLACE the Schedule of Prices in the Proposal (3 pages) with the revised Schedule of Prices
(3 pages) attached to this Addendum. The Schedule of Prices was r evised to reflect the
following:
• Item No. 27 “SOLID WALL PVC DRAIN PIPE, 4 IN. DIAM” was renamed to “SOLID WALL
PVC DRAIN PIPE, 6 IN. DIAM”.
2. SPECIAL PROVISIONS
The following special provision sections are revised for this contract as follows:
Section 8-24.2 Materials, located on page SP 104, the first paragraph in this section is
revised to read:
“The face of the wall shall consist of a rock-face type appearance. Modular block units
shall be precast concrete straight face, or Contracting Agency approved equal. The unit
block color shall be concrete gray.The depth of each unit block shall be a minimum of
21 inches.Unit blocks shall allow concave and convex curves per the wall alignments
indicated on the Plans.”
3.PLANS (VOLUME 2 OF 2)
REPLACE the following post call outs on the Fence Layout Plan shown on Sheet SR-i with
the following:

in the Unit Price column will be regarded as nonresponsive and rejected. Where conflict occurs between the unit price and the total
