SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of Savance EIOBoard
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a TAG packet with Savance, LLC. This packet
authorizes payment of Quote # 128730, in the amountof $1500.00, for the annual renewal
of Savance EIOBoard. The current renewal term is 05/07/2025 – 05/07/2026.
The Electronic In Out Board (EIOBoard) is used by Public Works Maintenance Services and
the Police Department to digitally identify whether staff is currently in the office or out in the
field. The system is configured with digital displays to identify where staff is located. The
system is installed on city servers.
