GENERAL NOTES
1. ALL WORK SHALL BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 2019 CITY OF RENTON
STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
2. THE LOCATION OF FEATURES SHOWN ARE APPROXIMATE AND SHALL BE
VERIFIED BY THE CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION START.
3. UTILITY LOCATIONS ARE APPROXIMATE AND SHALL BE VERIFIED IN THE FIELD
BY THE CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO ANY ILLUMINATION WORK.
4. ALL WORK SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH UTILITY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. THE
CONTRACTORS SHALL COORDINATE WITH AFFECTED UTILITY AGENCIES
THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES TO UTILITIES.
5. TRENCHING SHALL BE ALLOWED WHERE NEW PAVEMENT IS BEING INSTALLED.
6. ALL CONDUIT SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH MINIMUM 24" COVER.
7. CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY SOIL CONDITIONS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
8. ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO BE COORDINATED WITH PSE.
9. CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT TRANSPORTATION MAINTENANCE MANAGER,
ERIC CUTSHALL (425) 430-7423 FOR STREET LIGHTING INSPECTION PRIO TO
ENERGIZING.
