Officer Narrative
Narrative
Unless otherwise noted, all events took place in the City of Renton, in the County of King, in the State of
Washington.
This incident was captured on my body worn video camera.This report is a summary of events that occurred
and is not an exact sequencing of events.
On 3/15/2025 at approximately 1920 hours I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run at Les Schwab located
at 710 Rainier Ave S. Dispatch advised 3 minutes ago a black BMW sedan hit the reporting party's vehicle.
Dispatch later advised the suspect vehicle left southbound and got onto SR 167.
At approximately 1924 hours I arrived at the on scene. I located the grey 2023 Toyota Highlander(WA LIC
CFW4674/VIN: 5TDKDRAHXPS012315) in the parking lot. I noticed damage to the front passenger side
bumper. I contacted the reporting party identified as Feisal H. Kadir DOB 7/4/1986 via WADL. Feisal is also
the registered owner of the vehicle.
Feisal relayed the following information. Feisal advised he was not injured and declined aid. Feisal was
driving eastbound on SW Grady Way approaching Rainier Ave S. Feisal was in the left turn lane and began
turning onto Rainier Ave S. He noticed a black BMW Sedan traveling westbound on S Grady Way in the left
turn lane.The BMW sedan was turning onto SR 167.The BMW came out to far into the intersection and
and hit the front passenger bumper of Feisal's car and continued onto SR 167 without attempting to stop.
Feisat pulled into the Les Schwab parking lot. I collected Feisal's insurance information and provided him
with a case number.
I took photos of the damage to the car and uploaded them to evidence.com.
If a suspect can be identified there is probable cause for Hit and Run attended.
