DLState DLExp Address Primary Phone&Type AdditionalContact Number&Type Additional Contact Number&Type Race Sex DOB- Height Weight Even Hair Collision 2025-00002404 Paqe 2 OF 4 Case Number 2025-00002404 Officer Narrative Narrative 25-2404 Hit and run attended, non-injury collision rtf Axon: Axon body cam video available Suspect: Black(very dark) male with dreads, about 5'10 to 6'3,thin build in a black Lincoln continental with no plates Narrative: On 03.17.2025 at 1703 hours, I contacted Mykaela L Haus DOB/12.08.2004 and Reuben Samuel Kizer JR DOB/12.19.2003 about a hit and run collision.The collision occurred at about 1639 hours in the parking lot of Sunset View Apartments near the mailbox. Sunset View Apartments are located at 2101 SW Sunset Blvd, Renton, King County, WA. Haus and Kizer were advised that our contact was recorded. Haus told me that her car(a silver 2014 Mazda 3 -WA/BZE0792 is registered to her dad, Christopher Haus. Kizer was driving the car into the parking lot when a Lincoln Continental hit Haus' car head on. There were no injuries. Damage to both cars would be at the front bumper. Mykaela Haus got out to exchange information and the other car fled. Both Mykaela Haus and Kizer have valid WADL status. Mykaela provided her insurance policy which is with Geico#4186070662. They advised the collision happened pretty close to the mailboxes at the west entrance. Maintenance employee Walter D Mora Contreras DOB/03.23.89 witnessed the accident and had a similar description of the driver. Mora Contreras believes that there was a Hispanic female passenger as well.There were no plates on the car. I contacted the office and spoke to employee Guni Brahnabhatt.
