SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of Amazon Business Prime Membership
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is a TAG packet with Amazon. This packet is to
process the annual renewal of the city’s Business Prime membership. This annual renewal
is being provided at no cost due to a promotional discountfor changing our licensing to the
Enterprise subscription. Our annual billing will resume next year. The current renewal term
is 03/19/2025 –03/18/2026.
Our Amazon Business Prime subscription is used by departments throughout the city for
procurement purposes.
