Narrative
On 03-21-2025 at 1249 hours I was dispatched to the Renton Fire Station #13, located at 18002 !08th Ave SE,
in the City of Reton, County of King,State of Washington,for a reported collision.
Upon arrival, I contacted Unit 1,Jena J. Swarick (DOB: 01-16-1975), next to her black 2024 Honda HR-V(WA
SIC: CLV0500).Jena stated she was in the turn lane at 108th Ave SE/SE 180th St waiting for the light to turn
green so she could turn left northbound on 108th Ave SE.The light turned green so she started driving
forward.A fire truck with its emergency lights/sirens was trying to go through the intersection so she stopped
suddenly.That is when she was rear ended buy the Unit 2.Jena complained of head neck pain but not major
injuries.There was very little damage to the rear bumper of the Honda.
I contacted Unit 2, Gilberto Prada-Pinto (DOB: 01-28-1980), next to his white 2010 Toyota Prius (WA SIC:
CPD2279). Gilberto stated he was behind Unit 1 in the turn lane and when she slammed on her brakes he tried
braking but his jeans got caught and he couldn't break all the way which caused him to bump into the back of
Unit 1. Gilberto did not have any injuries and there was limited damage to his front license plate.
I provided both drives with my business card which contained the case number for their records.
