SUBJECT:Renewal of Sprout Social Subscription
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is an agreement packet with Sprout Social. This
packet authorizes payment of the attached Service Order, in the amount of $55,094.85
($49,950.00 plus tax) for the three-year renewal of our Sprout Social Subscription. The
current renewal term is 04/18/2025 – 04/17/2028.
Sprout Social is a subscription used by the Communications division. It isa social media
management and intelligence platform, offering tools for publishing, monitoring, listening,
and analyzing social media activity across various platforms.
