Annual Software Renewal of Club Prophet
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 4 to CAG-22-173 with Club
Prophet. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice #INV2969286 and #INV2945931,
in the total amount of $6,750.36, for the annual software renewal of Pro Shop Keeper Point
of Sale and Golf Genius. The current renewal term is 03/01/2025 -02/28/2026.
Pro Shop Keeper and Golf Genius are used by the Maple Valley Golf Course for point-of
sale, online tee sheets, and online reservations.
