On March 12,2025, at 0956 hours dispatch requested that I respond to a hit and run collision that
occurred at the Brown Bear Car Wash, 800 S Grady Way, in the city of Renton, county of King, and State
of Washington.The reporting party, later identified by his WADL as Brian Acosta-Cervantes, stated that a
person operating a motorhome had purposely emptied their waste tanks into their drainage system at a
wash bay.As the motorhome left, it struck the sidewall of the wash bay, peeling off the corner guard of
the watt.
Upon contact, I reviewed the properties surveillance cameras and was able to identify the motorhome as
a Rexhall Aerbus bearing Washington plates BVX3011.The registered owner is Evateen C.
Arsenault-Claussen,who lives at 17420 185th Ave NE, in Woodinville.
The suspect was described as a white mate(possible Asian) in his 30's,wearing a black hoodie, and blue
sweatpants.
The damage to building was minor, so I provided Brian with my contact information and case number.
The registered owners did not match the suspect seen in the video. Both RO's are in their mid 70's.
I did an area check, but I was unable to locate the motorhome.
Based on the information above I believe the subject violated RCW 70a.205.195(3)(b)(i) it is unlawful to
dump or deposit solid waste without a permit.The suspect tittered an amount greater than one cubic
foot, but less than one cubic yard when they emptied the motorhomes gray and black tanks.The driver
also committed hit and run when he struck the wall of the wash bay.
*It is important to note that another officer saw the motorhome on Sunday March 16th.The motorhome
was seen exiting the parking lot of Fred Meyer in Maple Valley,WA. The driver was identified as a Asian
male.
