Narrative
On 03-28-2025 at 1625 hours I was dispatched to crash at 743 Rainier Ave S in the city of Renton, King County
WA. I contacted the driver of unit 1, Palonnie Wolfe who was identified using her WA driver's license. Wolfe
stated she was at the Speedway Gas Station located in the 700 block of Rainier Ave S. She attempted to turn
right onto Rainier Ave S and was stuck by unit 2 who was traveling southbound. Wolfe stated she looked both
way but didn't see unit 2 then stated unit 2 was speeding.
I contacted the driver of unit 2, Gladys Ramirez and her passenger Diana Ramirez.They both stated they were
driving south on Rainier Ave S when unit 1 pulled out of the gas station and stuck the side of their car.
Unit 1 had damage on the front driver's corner of the vehicle. Unit 2 had damage to the passenger side.The
damage is consistent with unit 1 failing to yield when entering the road way then striking a southbound unit 2.
Based on the information above Unit 1 failed to yield the right of way causing the accident. Both parties took
photos, swapped info and were given the case number.
