d. Special Site features – There are no known wetlands, water bodies or steep slopes on the property
e. Statement Addressing Soil Type and drainage conditions – The NRCS soil survey indicates that
the soil type is Arents, Everett material.
f. Proposed use of property and scope of proposed development: Continue Single Family Residential
use with and addition of a 1st Floor Garage/workshop and 2nd floor 2 bedrooms/2 bath living space.
