NARRATIVE
I was half way through the Brown Bear Car Wash , 77 Rainier Ave. South, Renton when I felt a jolt, realizing I was rear ended
by a black Lexus SUV RS350 WA. License plate BRV7013. Upon contact, the conveyor stopped immediately for about two
minutes, then resumed. I pulled over to review the damage. Immediately upon exiting, the driver angrily got out of his car and
started yelling, cursing , and other epithets,(I have yet to open my mouth) "I didn't hit your car"there's no damage, getting in
my space in an intimidating manner. I requested to exchange ID and ins. His response-hell no, I'm not giving you anything.
Attendant on duty (Jesus)also requested and individual also threatening such that he called 911 but individual and two
passengers left. Followed up with mgr. Cesar Fiero Anaya 425 271 1353. Recording shows Lexus never put car in neutral
and was in drive until impact. All employees witnessed as well as recording. after incident, immediately went to Thomas Auto
Rebuild in Renton and got a $700 repair estimate. p.s. attendant(Jesus)called 911 as the man continued but left then
almost simultaneously, so need for police.
