NARRATIVE
All addresses listed herein, unless otherwise noted, are within the limits of the city of Renton King
County WA. This report is a summation of events that occurred and is not an exact sequence of
events.
On 03-29-25, at approx. 0717 hrs, I was dispatched to 10904 SE Petrovitsky Rd to investigate a
reported hit and run collision where a vehicle (WALP CGK4582) had struck and tree and then the
driver left the area on foot.
The reporting party/witness, identified as Michael Pokryfke, called 911 after the collision to report he
had talked to the driver but that he (the driver) was not making sense and was bleeding from the
head. The driver then walked away, last seen going south on 110th Ave SE, with the vehicle left in
the back parking lot of 10904 SE Petrovitsky Rd.
The driver was described as a white male, approx. 6'00/thin, wearing a black baseball cap, gray
jacket, light blue jeans and a black backpack.
The vehicle was later fully identified as a gray 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer, WALP CGK4582,
registered to Loell Good at 18005 120th Ave SE.
I arrived on scene with other officers at approx. 0723 hrs and located the vehicle. It was checked and
found to be unoccupied. I saw it had major damage to the passenger side, showing an impact right on
the pillar between the front and rear passenger door, which caused the roof to buckle upward. There
were also multiple impact points on the front windshield, to include one in front of the driver, indicating
the driver was most likely not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision.
I looked inside the vehicle but did not enter it. I did not see any alcoholic beverage containers or drug
use evidence. I did see there was a single black key in the ignition.
I took photos of the Trailblazer, then called for a tow, due to it being involved in a hit and run and then
left on private property, with the driver, as well as the RO at that time, not being located. Gene
Meyers responded and towed the vehicle.
I later took photos of the damaged tree that the vehicle struck as well as damage to the lawn in front
of Inspired Dentistry at 10915 SE Petrovitsky Rd.
The scene showed the vehicle was going eastbound on SE Petrovitsky Rd, lost control for an unk
reason, left the roadway and went up across the sidewalk. It slid diagonally sideways across the
sidewalk and lawn before striking the tree a coming to rest partially in the roadway. The lawn was on
the property of the dentist office and belongs to them.
The photos were later uploaded to Axon.
Officer Mello spoke to the reporting party and obtained more information from him. Other officers
checked the area for the suspect, also later going to the RO's address to check for him. Officer
Dougherty found the RO and talked to him, receiving information about a roommate that was likely
the driver. See their supplements for further information.
At this time, pending positively linking the roommate as the driver of the vehicle at the time of the
collision, there is no probable cause to cite him for Hit and Run. Further investigation is needed for
