On 03/30/2025 at approximately 1712 hours, I was dispatched to a non-injury and non-blocking vehicle
collision located at ROLLING HILLS CONDOS, addressed to 2020 Grant Avenue South,within the City Limits of
Renton, County of King,State of Washington.
Officer R. Slinkman had previously responded to this location for a Residential Fire with a significant response
from the Renton Regional Fire Authority(RRFA) and surrounding agencies.
During the response, Renton Regional Fire Authority Apparatus#E311 collided into a brick column during their
response to the residential fire.This brick column stood vertical at the west entrance to Rolling Hills Condos.
According to the Driver of Unit#1, he was responding to the emergency and took a right turn into the complex
when the passenger side (about middle of the apparatus) made contact with the brick column causing minor
damage to the fire apparatus.The damage to the brick column was substantial as it caused the entire column
to rotate and would likely need to be replaced.
I collected all necessary information and provided the HOA President, identified as Jacquise Arrington, with a
business card and case number. Photos of the damage to the fire apparatus had already been captured by
RRFA.
