On April 2, 2025, at 1719 hours dispatch requested that I contact the victim of a hit and run collision that
occurred on April 1 st at 707 S 4th St, in the city of Renton, County of King, and State of Washington.
The reporting party, identified by her WADL as Kathleen A. Ossenkop(05/02/1942), reported that an
unknown person around 1515 hours sideswiped her unoccupied vehicle which was left in the parking lot
of 707 S 4th street.
I asked Kathleen if she had any suspect information and she explained that around 1500 hours, a
passenger from a black Audi entered the business and used the bathroom.The passenger then reentered
the vehicle and left the property.The passenger was described as a black female wearing scrubs.
Kathleen's vehicle sustained minor damage, but the paint transfer appeared to be black.She is only
speculating that the damage was possibly caused by the Audi because of its paint color.
I drove to the property to see if video footage was available.After speaking with employees, I learned that
the property only has cameras inside, but not outside.
At this time, I do not have suspect information, and this is an information report only.
Kathleen needed a report for insurance purposes.
