Thank you for attending the pre-con meeting yesterday. Below is a summary of the meeting with items that had additional discussion listed. Please let me know if you have any questions
or would like to make additions.
* Patrick read the pre-con notes.
* Michael and Patrick emphasized construction hours and calling in inspections.
* Discussed current scope of project, schedule, and TESC installation.
* Forma will be the onsite CESCL. Recommend beginning documenting TESC reports and DMR process for when NPDES permit becomes active. All TESC items will need to be submitted to Michael
on a regular weekly or biweekly basis.
* Discussed dust control and hydrant meter rental. Please reach out to developmentengineering@rentonwa.gov <mailto:developmentengineering@rentonwa.gov> to begin the process of hydrant
meter rental.
* Discussed protection of the existing water main under grassed areas and delineating the area so that track vehicles do not drive over without protection in place.
* Discussed tree protection requirements.
* This meeting did not include any items that will be discussed at the preconstruction meeting for the full Civil Construction permit.
Attached please find the issued civil construction permit with construction slated to begin 4/7/25.
