We have included your letter in the official file for consideration by the decision maker and you have been added as a Party of Record for this project. The review of this project is currently on hold, pending the receipt of additional information from the applicant. In your letter you expressed concern that the City was granting approval for access over your private property (APN 1123059071) for the development of the Renton Highlands Short Plat (APN 1123059068). Access to the Renton Highlands Short Plat development is proposed via the extension of Pasco Pl NE, a public right - of-way to the south, onto the project site. Access off NE 8th Street is currently limited to proposed Lot 4 and would be provided over parcel 1123059129. Access is not being granted by the City of Renton over your parcel (APN 1123059071) for access to the proposed development.
