Thank you for attending the pre-con meeting today. Below is a summary of the meeting with items that had additional discussion listed, please let me know if you feel anything is in error
or missing:
* Yong read the pre-con notes.
* Pat and Yong emphasized the construction hours and safety concerns during construction.
* Yong emphasized early communication with the franchise utilities if applicable.
* Pat and Yong emphasized the tree protection concerns for onsite saved trees. Kathi will contact Alex if any tree retention plan changed compared to the approved tree retention plan.
* Discussed erosion control and additional requirement will be added for wet season (October 1st to April 30).
* Discussed the requirement for the noise variance if needed.
