take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting their bids.

on the Proposal Signature Page or by signing in the space provided below and submitting the
signed addendum with the bid package.A Proposal may be considered irregular and may be
rejected if the receipt of Addenda is not acknowledged.
THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS:

Special Provisions Section 9-30.2(3)A HDPE Casing Pipe
Revise first sentence as follows:
HDPE casing shall have either a nominal IPS (Iron Pipe Size)or DIPS (Ductile Iron Pipe Size)O.D.
unless otherwise specified.
ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS REMAIN IN EFFECT.
