January 28th 2025: A site reinspection on January 28th, 2025 noted that the membrane structure is still present and there has been no response from the owner. I sent out a Warning of Violation Second Notice. February 61h, 2025: 1 sent an email with a copy of the violation out to the owner. February 241h 20251 spoke with Christine Ruby about the violation.
