The project ‘Water Main Tree Removal and Replacements for Lexington Heights’ is
proposed to take place at Lexington Heights at 300 Vuemont Place in Renton. The parcel is
631,766 sq ft. The property has a mix of conifers and deciduous trees of varying sizes.
The City of Renton has requested the removal of one (1) red maple, Acer rubrum, which is
21” in diameter at 4.5’ that is damaging a water main so it can be repaired. The tree will be
replaced with two (2) 15 gallon tree plantings, one little gem magnolia and one dogwood.
