To whom it may concern:
As requested, this letter shall serve as the Owner’s acknowledgement and acceptance of
the risks of developing in an unstable area. To the extent there are areas of potential
instability on the above referenced project site, Owner agrees to provide written notice of
such to any prospective purchasers of the site of portions of the site and/or potential
purchasers of structures on the site.
