EF64912 CASE# 25-1328 OF COLLISION 02/10/25 19:54 OF CbLLI510N NARRATIVE 25-1328 Unless otherwise stated, the following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington. On 02/10/2025 at approximately 2022 hours, I was dispatched to a two-vehicle hit and run collision that occurred at 2020 Grant AVE S. The reporting party (later identified as Lennie C Street DOB: 08- 04-2000 verified WADL) had followed the suspect vehicle and saw it collide with another vehicle in front of Sante Fe Mexican restaurant located at 1170 Sunset BLVD NE before it continued northbound onto 1-405. Lennie then reported not only her collision, but the one she witnessed. I responded to Sante Fe Mexican restaurant to take both reports. Refer to case 25-1329 for the secondary collision report. Upon arrival, I contacted the involved parties and determined there were no injuries. While on scene, I collected the involved parties driving documents and their independent recollection of events leading up to the collision. Lennie was the driver of Unit#2. She reported the following: Lennie was leaving Rolling Hills Condominiums located at 2020 Grant AVE S. She was almost fully in the southbound lane of Grant AVE S when the driver of Unit#1 struck the driver side of her vehicle causing damage to the driver side front and rear door. Unit#1 was traveling northbound on Grant AVE S and continued northbound after striking Unit#2. Based on the direction of travel and where Unit#2 was struck, there is likely damage to the front end of Unit#1. Unit#1 did not stop their vehicle after colliding into Unit#2. Lennie followed Unit#1 all the way to Sante Fe Mexican Restaurant, located at 1170 Sunset BLVD NE. Lennie then watched Unit#1 collide into another vehicle (documented in case #25-1329). Lennie last saw Unit#1 traveling northbound on 1-405 from Sunset BLVD NE. At no point did Lennie see the driver of Unit#1 and would not be able to identify them. The male who was the victim in the second collision (case #25-1329) also did not see the driver of Unit#1. Unit#1 registration return shows it had a vehicle sold date of 01-05-2025 to a Guerra Zambrano at 5201 13th AVE S, LOWR, Seattle 98108. 1 requested Renton Front Counter to do a DAPS check of this address to attempt to identify the new registered owner. Renton Front Counter said they found a similar name matching those search parameters. The name is Jesus Uriel Guerra Zambrano DOB: 11 -03-1993 registered in DOL to that same address. Through dispatch, I requested that Seattle Police Department respond to this address and see if the registered owner knows where his vehicle is to attempt to identify who was driving the vehicle at the time of the collisions. Seattle Police Department said they were unable to contact anyone at the address. At this time, I am unable to identify who the driver of Unit#1 is. If the driver can be identified, I have probable cause for RCW 46.52.020, Hit and Run to Attended Vehicle. This was committed when the driver of Unit#1 fled the scene of scene of the collision without stopping and exchanging information with the driver of Unit#2. 1 certify (declare) under penalty of perjury under the laws of the state of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct.
