SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of PageFreezer Social Media Archiving
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your reviewand signature is a TAG packet with PageFreezer (paid via USBank –
OneCard). This packet authorizes the payment of Invoice # INV-18732, in the amount of
$741.58, for the annual renewal of PageFreezer. The current renewal term is 05/04/2025 –
05/03/2026.
PageFreezer is usedfor socialmedia archiving for one of the city’s NextDoor accounts.
This annual renewal was previously tracked under CAG-22-364.
