SUBJECT:Microsoft Voice Apps Licensing
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 4 to CAG-20-154 with Insight
Public Sector. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 1101261566, in the
amount of $3,394.54, for the purchase of Microsoft Voice Apps licensing. The license term
is prorated to align with our M365 renewal on 08/31/2026.
This licensing willprovide for auto attendant and call queues in the Teams Phone
environment.
