Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 01-15-2025 at approximately 1127 hours, I was dispatched to a traffic collision in the parking lot of Sonesta
Select at 200 SW 19th St in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington. Dispatch advised a
Chevrolet HHR (WA-BPT0042)drove into the metal fence approximately 15 minutes ago. The vehicle was still
on location and there were no known injuries. I arrived on scene at approximately 1138 hours.
I contacted the driver of Unit#1, Losomba O Moise (DOB: 08-18-1987) in the parking lot. Moise was sitting
inside the vehicle and told me he was the driver of the vehicle when it hit the fence. Moise told me he had
worked a night shift and fell asleep driving out of the parking lot. There was no signs of suspected alcohol/drug
use.
Moise could not find the insurance but told me the registered owner, Savannah D Hollie (DOB: 11-13-1986)
does have insurance.
There was clearly new damage to the black metal fence that would require repairs to fix. I notified the property
owner(Sonesta Select)of the damage to the fence.
