Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 03-24-2025 at approximately 1140 hours, I was dispatched to a traffic collision in the 400 block of S 180th St
in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington. Dispatch advised the driver of Unit#1 was waiting
for contact in the parking lot of Arrow Vet Clinic at 4208 Lind Ave SW. Dispatch advised Unit#2 was no longer
on scene. I arrived on scene at approximately 1159 hours.
While I was speaking with the driver, Tinh V Tu (DOB: 02-08-1982)of Unit#1, Dispatch advised the driver,
Kanwarjeet Singh (DOB: 06-10-1961)of Unit#2 was no calling 911 to report the collision. Dispatch directed
Singh to return to my location.
Tu told me he was traveling eastbound on S 180th St and was making a left turn onto Lind Ave SW. There was
traffic in lane#2 and he did not see Unit#2 traveling westbound in lane#1. The front of Unit#2 hit the rear of
his vehicle.
Singh arrived on scene and told me he was traveling westbound in lane#1 when Unit#2 made a left turn in
front of his vehicle. He tried to stop but was unable to stop in time and hit the rear of Unit#1.
