EF69176 CASE# 25-1691 O OF COLLI r�510NN + 02/22/25 10:33 COLL1 NARRATIVE 25-1691 On 02/22/2025 at approximately 1033 hours, 1, Officer Lantagne, responded to a non-blocking, non- injury collision which occurred at the intersection of Shattuck AVE S and Houser Way S, which is located in the City of Renton, County of King, and the State of Washington. I responded in my fully marked police vehicle, wearing my patrol uniform. contacted the driver of Unit#2, Sandy E. Sawasy (DOB 07/06/1959) via phone. Sawasy told me the following: Sawasy was driving southbound on Shattuck AVE S in Unit#2, a 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer with license plates PT02400 issued out of Washington State. Sawasy stopped her vehicle at the stop sign located at Houser Way S. As Sawasy was stopped, Unit#1, an older brown or gold pickup truck with partial plates B14832 issued out of Washington State made a right turn from Houser Way S onto northbound Shattuck AVE S and the left front bumper struck the left front bumper of Sawasy's vehicle. The vehicle kept driving north and Sawasy turned her vehicle around and attempted to follow it. Sawasy was able to get most of the license plate, but the vehicle started speeding away recklessly and Sawasy lost visual around Rainier AVE S and S 4th PL. The driver was a white male approximately 40-years-old who was wearing a construction type jacket. Sawasy sent me a photograph of the damage to her vehicle which consisted of minor scrapes on the left side of the front bumper. I submitted the photograph into evidence. Using a police database, I located a record for a gold 2002 Ford F-150 with license plates B14832Y issued out of Washington State which was registered to Aaron Vittitow-Sutor (DOB 05/24/1979. Vittitow-Sutor's listed address was 532 Williams AVE S Unit B, which was approximately 565 yards from where the collision occurred. Vittitow-Sutor did not have a valid driver's license out of Washington State. I responded to Vittitow-Sutor's address and located Unit#1. The hood was warm to the touch and the vehicle had recently been driven. I observed fresh black paint transfer on the front left bumper, and someone had wiped the dirt from the mark and surrounding area as if they were attempting to wipe the paint transfer off. 1 photographed the vehicle and damage and submitted the photographs into evidence. I attempted to contact the resident of 532 Williams AVE S Unit B and knocked on the door. No one answered but as 1 was walking back to my patrol vehicle, 1 turned around and observed a white male wearing a high visibility construction hoodie walking back towards the door to the unit. I attempted to contact the male and he ignored me and went back into the house. I advised Sawasy of my findings and provided her with an exchange of information. The collision diagram is an accurate illustration of the events leading up to the collision. I, Officer P.
