Unless otherwise noted,the following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King,WA.
On 04-16-2025 at approximately 1802 hours I was dispatched to a two-vehicle collision at N 3rd St/Park
Ave N. I arrived at approximately 1811 hours and met with the drivers.
Both drivers were traveling southbound on Park Ave N intending to turn east onto N 3rd St. Unit 2 was
behind unit 1. Unit 2 believed unit 1 was going to make the left-hand turn, but did not, and unit 2 did not
stop his vehicle in time and collided into the rear of unit 1.The damage on both vehicles is consistent
with this account.
Both vehicles were drivable, and no injuries were reported.
I provided both parties with the case number.
During this incident my in-car camera was recording audio and video.This report is merely a summary of
the incident and is not intended to be an exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have
been captured with the recording system.
