Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 04/16/2025, at approximately 1120 hours,while employed as a uniformed Patrol Officer for the City of
Renton, I was dispatched to an accident at Renton Laundry located at 257 Rainier Ave N,within the City
of Renton, County of King,State of Washington.
The Driver of Unit 2 is Heller, Mickael J (DOB 12-05-1959). Heller is the registered owner/driver of the
2017 Dodge Ram with license plate WA/C22139T.
The Driver of Unit 1 is Gipson,Sharifa, B(DOB 11-23-1994). Gipson was the driver of a gray 1997 Ford
Ranger with license plate WA/D52123E.Two children, ages 15 and 1,were in Gipson's vehicle.
Both Units provided their driver's licenses,which I ran with dispatch. Dispatch advised that Heller
returned clear, but Gipson returned with Suspended/Revoked 3rd Degree.
This incident happened on private property,which was in the parking lot.
I spoke with Gipson,who stated that she was driving the ranger, reversing from a parking spot,when a
vehicle suddenly appeared, causing her to strike the vehicle of Unit 2. Gipson provided me with every
document except the insurance.
I spoke with Heller,who stated he was traveling eastbound in the parking lot when, all of a sudden, he
was struck on the passenger side of the vehicle. Heller provided me with every necessary document.
All involved parties did not complain of injury.The damages to both vehicles were minimal, and they did
not need to be reported.
Gipson was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license in the 3rd degree, as per RCW
46.20.342, a misdemeanor offense. Gipson was cited and released due to the children on the scene. I
gave Gipson a physical copy of the citation and advised her that her ticket would also come in the mail.
I provided Heller with the case number and my business card.
The proximate cause of the accident was Gipson.
My Axon camera was on for this call.
