On 04-11-2025 at 1647 hours I was dispatched to a hit and run that occurred at 508 Cedar Ave S in the city of
Renton, King County WA. I met with the victim, Kenneth Pham in person who told me the following:
Pham has three vehicles that he had parked against the curb facing northbound. He did not witness the crash
but returned to his vehicles Wednesday and discovered the hit and run. He made some Facebook posts in his
neighborhood chat group about the crash. His neighbors informed him a loud crash was heard at 1930 hours
on Wednesday the 9th. Due to the red paint transfer on one of Pham's vehicles he thinks the suspect was
driving a red vehicle.Another neighbor posted a red van driving around the area at 1938 hours and posted a
photo of it. A third neighbor stated it looked like their 80 year old neighbor's van.
Pham gave me a phone number, 206-491-1712 for Chris who is the Renton Hill Historical Society leader. I have
called Chris numerous times with no luck getting through. My intention was to gather info on the neighbors
who posted suspect information and locate the 80 year old suspect.
Pham informed me if insurance information could be obtained from the suspect he would not press charges. I
conducted two area checks of Renton Hill with no luck locating the suspect vehicle.
Pham's vehicles are a 2012 GMC Savanah bearing WA license plate CCK9833, a 2018 Nissan Titan bearing WA
license plate C99636S and a 2007 Lexus sedan bearing WA license plate BYK6520.All three vehicles were
legally parked on the street.All three vehicles sustained driver's side damage consistent with a vehicle driving
down the side of them knocking off mirrors and scratching the paint.There was red paint transfer along the
sides of the vehicles. I took photos of the damage and uploaded it to Evidence.com.
Pham was given the case number.
On 04-15-2025 1 received text messages from Pham stating he located a suspect vehicle at 525 Mill Ave S.The
vehicle was a red Tahoe with passenger side damage.The plate on the vehicle was CKF6840. I attempted to
locate the vehicle at the address but the vehicle was not there.At this point the Tahoe just happens to have
damage and is red there is no direct link to the hit and run.
