On 4/18/2025 at 1556 hours I was dispatched to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of S
43rd St and Talbot Rd S in the City of Renton, King County, Washington.
Driver 2: Hitomi Y.Whitlock(DOB: 04/07/1979)
Unit 2: 2020 Toyota Rav4(WA LP: BSM6848)
Driver 1: 30 y/o Indian mate, 5'8-9", long hair
Unit 1: 2009 Toyota Prius (WA LP: CPC0424)
Pre-Collision
Driver 2 stated that she was stopped at a stop light at the intersection of S 43rd St and Talbot Rd
S. Driver 2 was unsure of which Lane she was in, but it appears that she was likely in the#2 lane
facing East on S 43rd St.
Collision
Driver 2 stated that while stopped, Unit 1's front bumper collided with the rear bumper of Unit 2.
Driver 1 fled the scene and did not provide any information to Driver 2.
Injuries
No injuries
Vehicle Disposition
Both vehicles were operational.
Final Disposition
Driver 1 stated that she did not wish to pursue charges and only wanted to have a report for
insurance purposes. I attempted to find contact information for the registered owner of Unit 1
and was unable to find anything.
