SUBJECT:Additional Modules for Abnormal Platform
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signatures by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-24-200 with Right!
Systems, Inc. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # RSIQ079355, in the amount
of $29,989.42, for additional modules to our Abnormal Inbound Email Securityplatform.
These additional, grant-funded modules will allow us to evaluate long-term use of two
features available from the Abnormal platform: the AI Security Mailbox and Core Security
Posture Management. These modules allow for a more automated, timely and consistent
response to our users that report phishing or other malicious content as well as provide
visibility into vulnerability based on what accounts have access to what technology and
applications, respectively.
